They say that they'll fix what's wrong with a vehicle you purchase, then their mechanic does everything he can to avoid fixing the actual problem! A/C compressor replaced 2 times and problem persisted, burnt up alternator. Son also bought truck that mechanic insisted 4-wheel drive system was fine and ended up spending $300 and fixed it himself. Mechanic apparently doesn't know how to use the internet to find and fix extremely common problems.
These people lie! Gave them a check that they assured me was just for them to hold till our insurance money came through. I told them up front the I did not have that kind of money in the account, they assured me, multiple times, that they would not deposit the check! They tried to deposit the check anyway caused me an overdraft fee. Now the lying SOB'S are trying to take me for a ride! They GOT THEIR MONEY. ONCE THE INSURANCE CAME IN. Now are threatening me! They charged a fee for tax and license, that we were not informed us about. Everyone passes the buck, blames it on someone else. The owner blames his finance guy and hid "backer", his backer doesn't even know that the check was NEVER supposed to be cashed! And, the truck is not even in my name, the check was to hold it for my fiancée!
Great place to buy a vehicle.
Took 3 months to get the title for car. I have purchased 7 cars from them but never again.If you buy from them make them show you the title for the car.
