to come get my mail-well my friend drove me 20 miles to the Cottageville post office-I walked in the door and was poorly greeted by Janis. Janis was barking at me telling me I could not get my mail and that they were closed which was at least 5 to 10 minutes before closing time. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. Janis Parsons was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
I would give a MINUS star because of Janis Parsons, I was told by Dawn (whom was extremely polite)
